Pls don't even think of joining, lot of interference by owners even though they are new to Automobile. Fund allocations are not in place at all, salaries are delayed, issues with customers due to delay in car deliveries, many more

Dislikes

Your Position and experience does not matter to Owners at all as they think they know everything in world, issues with everything, not a right place to work with, its not only with Automobile but even has a issue with their IT firm too...

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
