Timing is good of 8 hours general shift but all 6 weekdays working. Timely salary. Teammates are okay but not much knowledgeable and innovative. Can't work in groups.

Dislikes

Full of politics. No job security. No career growth as well as appraisal. In short not suitable for a career oriented person. No facilities other than salary. No fixed job profile. Anybody at any position is given any work. No learning environment neither employee engagement programs. Can define as robotic functional organization. Long run working could be a mere wastage of time.

Work Details

The work is boring and tiresome. Individuals are not allowed to work independently and use their ideas innovations thus working leads to frustration and unsatisfaction due to incomplete tasks.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
