MTN GHANA is a leading Telecommunication services in ghana. MTN GHANA train freshman to become expert or professionals in the company. So I had a great time with this company and I learnt a lot about customer service and now I’m a professional in customer service.

Promotions - Excellent

Dislikes

MTN Ghana doesn’t give good salary. I will take an employee several years before salary can will increased. We work hard but We’re not giving the salary needed.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
