Leave Approval Nightmare: Need a day off for personal reasons or a vacation? Good luck with that! Leave approvals are virtually nonexistent. They act like taking a day off is a cardinal sin. You'll be made to feel guilty for even asking, and most of the time, your request will be denied without any reasonable explanation. Salary Deductions for No Apparent Reason: Imagine working tirelessly, meeting all your targets, and then receiving your paycheck with mysterious deductions. This is a common occurrence here.
