Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management bis transparent. Company policies are good, salary and appraisals are good

Work Details

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was conducting formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
