Mpi security is one of the best security company in security line at Mumbai, training is good but good person don't growth, salary was good and time to time payable but in this company politics is highly for good person.for future this is not very well, only two or three years working good.work environment is very low

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
