Apart from that everything is more than worst, fraud company, the management is too bad, too rude, they don't provide you 2 notice period salary also, no other amount plus they force you to pay extra to give you reliving letter. HR don't even have any idea on anything. Their recruiter force you to take joining bonus and to join the company but then that's a trap, while leaving the company they will make that as a reason and take your entire salary and everything and still ask you to pay more....Read More

Mphasis is one of the best companies I've worked for. The people management is really good. During the lockdown Mphasis has helped employees to stay safe by setting up work from home. Mphasis ensures every employee is treated well and same. Mphasis has a very good job security.

Dislikes

Mphasis even though is at good people management, does bend down to clients in comparison to its employees. It is understood that the client is more important but encouraging client to follow illogical process and nodding to an arrogant client without questioning the basis of weird requirement is a practice followed in some processes. Also, once a employee resigns and in serving the notice period, that employee is not taken care of, it is very disappointing how the employee is treated.
