Nothing was good about Mphasis legit. It made my life like hell. Not even a single thing was worth appreciating

Dislikes

The managers and HR were pathetic. They are heartless and don’t care about their employee’s health at all. They will make you work like a servant and will extend your shifts and sone days you have to work for 12 hours with no extra payment. They do not even give sick leave when you are sick. I legit don’t know who hired the managerswhen they were not able to manage people. It was the best decision to leave that organisation. After leaving my life has been great....Read More
