Well its hard to define what team work is, for some is a bunch of people sitting together, for others it might be eating together, for us it always meant learning about each others skills, behaviour, what are our strengths and weaknesses, emotional dependencies and then combine them together to build great things. Dear Ex. Content Editor, We get how you feel about us and hope you feel better soon. We bring people from all parts of the country irrespective of their religion, cast, language, sexual orientation and their own identity. We are driven by the purpose that defines each individual and if any time you felt disrespected for your religious belief or discriminated, we want to say that our intent is to celebrate each of our team member, instead of discrimination. We care about you in our own unique way, however we might fall short in understanding the care you needed. Himanshu is a highly driven individual and often leads from the front, he spend hours and hours in communicating and motivating everyone. He did bring friends to the main table when he was building the company, wont you bring your friends to build your dream, however he did push them out when it wasn't working for the goal they united together. Our timings are strict because we really wanted to get there in lesser time. Do you think coming late to your worplace is okay? do you think coming 2 hours late to the dream is okay? Hope you feel better and hope we get to understand each other.

Dear Ex. Ux Designer & Ux Researcher, Thank you for appreciating our flexible working days and the unlimited time provided to you to learn and execute. First thing first, we appreciate you being the bold one to express your emotions on, how you felt working with us and the issue with the transparency. We always made sure of giving LOI's even before the joining, and mostly we walk the talk whether its about sharing our salary budgets, goals, targets to hit, our vision together and what a newbie can gain working with us in the coming years. We don't still have a employee handbook that tells the rules of the company, because we though of building them as we build with each other. We never though of forcing anybody to follow anything instead we decide the rules on our own. We value what you input, your vision, and environment you seek, however i understand our harsh and high aspiration goal oriented approach isn't for everyone and can cause discomfort to you. We do keep shifting our priorities and multi task, as you must have seen that its been expected from all from top to bottom, just not only you. Its true that its a bad place for designers, who do not seek more, curious, or have a high goal to achieve, its definitely not for designers seeking to settle as their first job. We clearly talk in our interviews, discussions that we seek hustlers, design entrepreneurs, who wants to build things and change the world. We are built for those dreamers and seekers only. Hope you forgive us someday for pushing you out of your comfort zone. All the best for your future endeavours.

Dear Ex. copywriter and content strategist. We understand you felt discomfort in our work culture and disappointed in us. Our vision is to become the most meaningful design studio, which cares about clients and their teammates. We are not a corporate company with 100 employees hence our small and significant team matters to us, having said that all our fantasies turn into reality eventually, and we do need the brave team-mates who aren't afraid to dream bigger with us.
