Nothing good now although it used to be a good company before Dec 2020.

It used to be a very good company to work till the time NewsCorp was the owner. Since the time (Dec 2020) HindustanTimes became the owner, the company has gone downhill. The company never used to have good appraisals. Only 2% - 5% appraisal even if you have worked exceptionally well throughout the year. The management doesn't know what to do and how to get the revenue. No product focus and no customer focus. There is only sales focus. Sell at whatever cost. Layoffs are common now....Read More
