There is always issue with salary..they dont give salary on time and they dont give the salary which they commits and they never gives us incentives which we earn..worst place to work

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
