The company is open to alot of good experience in learning. I love the fact that i was a part of a team where i had to deal with everything on my own from sourcing to sampling to production of the sample as we deal with client from USA and UK directly. It is a start-Up so the bosses would expect you to be multitasking. Our main bossis in USA who will coordinate with you on everyday basis. The work pressure is very High. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I had to run around the whole company from store to sampling till production. It gets very exhausting. Hygiene is a major concern for everyone in the company as there are no decent hand soaps. Managers do not value an individuals's unique strengths and working capacity due to their delivery goals. Almost no technical staff and no helping hand is provided. you have to as for appraisals on your own. Also, there is no on the job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me to have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes. There is no organised manner of working. That is why work gets delayed....Read More
