Team-mates are really good even bosses are very well behaved. No issues on giving off and very understanding seniors.

Dislikes

It is not a company that can give you growth, both career wise or financially. Pay is very less according to the industry standards. The salary is not given on time and its a really gives a bad outlook about the company. Momentum Software is clubbed with its sister company now that is W3 solutions and the senior in that side may interfere on your side. They are really rigid and politics at its peak....Read More

Work Details

It was exciting in the starting, but gradually it became really hectic They increase the work load to many folds and assume that you are a robot !! The work is monotonous, tiring and same old repeated crap. nothing to learn new. Kills your creativity.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
