Great to learn and improve both technical plus management skills, which will definitely work out for the better in the long run. Interesting projects and a nice team.

Dislikes

One thing I would like to specifically point out is that the entire management has a commerce point of view, as in explaining the depth of the technical ongoings, deadlines, quality assurance and developments, all of them require to be looked at from a technical perspective along with a commerce mindset. I think they need to recruityoung minds as part of their management who have a technical background and are able to freely express how realistic an idea or a project is in terms of technological feasibility. To add to my personal experience I would mention that my internship was terminated midway because apparently, I could not complete a "2-months" worth of project in a month or less. In the end got accused of slacking off, which I confirmed to be not my fault after discussing my internship with my professors and peers. In the end, I will still say that it was all because of a misunderstanding, the place is great and the team is really supportive and understanding....Read More
