This school was about to shut, I joined it in 2015 and now it's back on its track, I worked on every aspect of this school for its development and successfully running. Created good team and team spirit, conducted never imagined events, improve the academic environment, I have not left any stone unturned to make this school a successful English medium school. In this journey of approximately 6 years, I learned numerous new things in management, human resource, human behaviour, psychology, delivered various seminars, lectures, training, motivational speeches, talks, worked on people and people changed the system under my supervision... Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
