just okay company future growth for proper worker is just not easy,not so rude managment but taking output maximum. policies are not bad.

Dislikes

Poor increments are not on performance base, Increment are equal those who work for all in comparison with people work for nothing. Policy's are very verse.

Handling Aluminium Foil project installation, Aluminium Powder Plant,Legal activity & compliance of plant, MPCB Compliance of plant, Internal Auditor of IMS system.HAndling Solar Project of plant, LNG Project etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Mostly peoples are from refer, Training is week issue,career growth seems okay,salary is less as compare to other plant,travel policies are old not considerable,not much politics for hard worker,kind & ideal has a place,work environment excellent,innovations are most welcome,work & life balance is good.

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire Electrical Maintenance cum plant utility cum project work cum plant EPR ,MPCB reports,pitching for my company gets tiring & many time tasks are challenging. so do I.
