Friendly environment in my floor. There is no extra scene for gm and am. They treats as equally.

Dislikes

SALARY is the main thing.they won't consider even their qualifications and experience. They fixed less amount salary for all. There is no negotiation. Very loweewwwww salary. That's y I resigned.

Likes

I have been working with this company for more than 2 years. Different kinds of experience and good colleagues. Day shift, lots of girls are working here. So it is a good and convenient place for girls.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Need to achieve the daily target and have to work for extended shifts.
