I was worked since last 6.4 years here . I complete all my task/work before time . I was the person who looking for cost saving here , I was working equivalent 5 staff here . They had given me 12% increment But after one month they had fire me with the reason of not satisfactory work . There is total politics culture , no job security .

No positive culture for work . No appreciation for hardworking employees .
