Dislikes

The senior is unreasonable and one of the most miser employers I've seen. Not only did he make me work on a probation period for free for 3 months, but extended the said period for a year with no payment. He neither engages to teach but only keeps criticising making the work environment unbearable. Do not approach this firm for any jobs or internship. I've suffered, you shouldn't.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The teammates are really cool(Manan,Tanmay,Apoorva,Sana,Chitrank,Raveen,etc) as all are youngsters working under one roof. The team spirit is high while at work. In terms of salary for Freshers...first three months is on probation and no pay for this period except the traveling expenses will be reimbursed. One would be able to get a great amount of exposure in this firm for sure.

Dislikes

The only thing which i could put it in a box of dislike is "no pay" for first three months.
