Good Thing is Staff Is Good and Basic Things are Good. Senior staff Is Good.

Dislikes

The Things Is It's an Retail Sector so You Can't Be Good In any Field Asap... they are Not Allowing the Leaves Even In Emergency or Family Things. But In Meeting They Mentioned We are Family Not Ready To Understand The employees Needs. They are Providing One Sick Leave ... but Other Without Paid Leaves also They Are not Allowed. Timings are Long. Morning 10:30 To evening 9.pm it's an 10:30 hours Mins ... Atleast average 9 Hours is Enough...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
