Mission career is like family... Boss is very frankly... She is the best businesses women... mission career help me in my personal life.. I have no to expressed it... friendly environment.. All colleagues are very helpful to each other.

Dislikes

Managers do not value an individuals unique strenghts, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do not receive appreciation from the seniors.. Office politics major problems to create negative atmosphere in the office.

Work Details

My role as an admission consultant. It is very difficult to handled students and parents on the same time. Day to day connected with students.. Give details information abt the abroad study. Application and visa processes period its quite pressure for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
