While my overall experience at Mirriad was positive. The work to on high profile projects for global brands. There were certain challenges that stood during my time with the company. Each one of us did our best to grow within company and done the excellent work these many years.

Dislikes

There's no tech automation. They have there own AI system called Artist In India. who does there labor manual jobs, end to end. Poor decision makers in the senior leadership team. Senior leadership team members in the UK and US continued to receive the full salaries despite missed targets each year while production staff in Indiawere laid off during the financial crisis. Internal politics and lack of trust between regions affects morale. More transparency and fairness would improve the situation....Read More
