While my overall experience at Mirriad was positive. The work to on high profile projects for global brands. There were certain challenges that stood during my time with the company. Each one of us did our best to grow within company and done the excellent work these many years.

Dislikes

There's no tech automation. They have there own AI system called Artist In India. who does there labor manual jobs, end to end. Poor decision makers in the senior leadership team. Senior leadership team members in the UK and US continued to receive the full salaries despite missed targets each year while production staff in India were laid off during the financial crisis. Internal politics and lack of trust between regions affects morale. More transparency and fairness would improve the situation.

1. Culture 2. Toxic Senior Poeple 3. Toxic MD 4. No work balace, No timing Deadlines etc 5. Every project need Overtime and Sometime Overnight

I liked nothing about this company. They only offer decent salaries and show you the greed of money. Go ahead if you want decent salaries but no work profile.

Dislikes

They threaten employees if tried to resign saying "your career will be over". The office is always dark with lights off and no body has any work culture. Even the senior managers are toxic. Location of the office is very far from station and public transport spots. Traveling is not very feasible even if you live in Malad or near buy duevto traffic on the malad link road.
