Managers (Specifically one who got hired in 2024) are very toxic ....too much work pressure.....if project is not delivered on time only person is responsible that is "you" and not the team.....too much work politics.....they give deadlines to the client without discussing with the team..... Hire and fire policy....you have to work for at least 11 hours....even they do not have parking if you are having bike then you have to pay for parking daily.....There is no job security do not join for some money...Read More

Management is bad like really bad. They don't know what they are doing. They are trying to expand but they don’t have any projects so they remove simultaneously. Hire and remove someone else. Kapil is the most incompetent person i have seen.
