I always like to work with my Indian Merlin Team. They all are highly disciplines and well mannered.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike but it will be better if we have own merlin India manufacturing unit.

Work Details

Life is good as 5 days a week working culture. So, it provide me extra time for family and social life. Thanks Merlin for that

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
