Good work enviroment and they give bonus every year, good working system and there employee are very good behaviour

There is a lot of politics and Salaries and yearly increment in very poor,, every month Salaries payment so late and there are no other banefit except Salary and bonus

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
