Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

This company purely a family drive company like as many man many minds. They shows that this is a corporate but no culture as like our indian corporate Industries. No free work front, average skilled employees, No System operation. Policies is there but not in proper way and. not fairly implemented. Perks and salary is good and sechdule time with anual Bonus.

Dislikes

Management is not serious with any issue about front warriers, no copliance sytem, no training facilty, Lot of internal and project politics are the main hindrances to smooth running work. Inexperience in Sr.management which makes conflict with co worker.
