Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... operation. Policies is there but not in proper way and. not fairly implemented. Perks and salary is good and sechdule time with anual Bonus.

Dislikes

Management is not serious with any issue about front warriers, no copliance sytem, no training facilty, Lot of internal and project politics are the main hindrances to smooth running work. Inexperience in Sr.management which makes conflict with co worker.
