My interest. They have laid off the team in Covid 19, aside some relatively low salaried employee. As soon as they employee grow old In system and due for appraisal; they fire the person. Also, they cohesively hold back incentives of the team

Dislikes

They founders are not very professional. And work as a dictator. Abusive and threatening. And cheat people. Also use Unprofessional, lies and negative tactics to harass people. They don’t like or feel threatened when some one works with ownership and assuming to be also a owner of the organisation. Forcefully get people signed bondsand other legal documents so that you can’t work else where. Also cheat you on salary documents and experience letters. Try to keep you off rolls and pay in cash.
