The company is well organised and is Fresher Work friendly as the senior members teach us what exactly we need to do and also help us to grow along with the company

Dislikes

I don't have any dislike about the company. The only drawback which I might face in the future is that the company mostly deals with accomodation works and they don't have a production/hull works in the ship building and repair area. So, as a Engineer from Mechanical background, I should think how will this experience count for my future
