I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Not even single thing . Worst company I have ever worked with. I will never recommend working with mapro. Owner dose not have own mind. He will get manipulated very easily.

Dislikes

Everything. Too much politics. Manager only favored some people. Even boss does the same thing. Very toxic place to work. If your are only working then they will have problem with you. But if you will butch about others and and buttering to the uneducated manager.
