There is nothing which can consider in good category, So don't resign your current company. Otherwise you will feel like hell in a day.

Dislikes

not a single employee are professional they all are uneducated and relative of MD. They do not pay salary if you will resign the job because of this they release staff salary after 50 to 55 days

Worse company I have ever seen.There is no work culture,no HR policy,zero management, uneducated employees hardly 10 pass. 90 % head office employees belongs to rural area of Aligarh and they even dont know how to speak.

Dislikes

Strongly recommend not to join company if you are professional.

Work Details

Terrible work experience. MD is involved in each and every task he can ask you for even 10rs. Salary could be hold without any reason.no fooding and lodging facility.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
