... single employee are professional they all are uneducated and relative of MD. They do not pay salary if you will resign the job because of this they release staff salary after 50 to 55 days

No increment in 6 years Poor Leadership and management Toxic company culture Unethical practices (Ignore Labor lows, employees work in unsafe and unfair conditions.)

Worse company I have ever seen.There is no work culture,no HR policy,zero management, uneducated employees hardly 10 pass. 90 % head office employees belongs to rural area of Aligarh and they even dont know how to speak.

Strongly recommend not to join company if you are professional.

I am not like to work in this company ,system is very bad,mostly staff is the relative of the MD.

Majority of staff which is available is the relative of MD,this company is not doing work as per systematic way,he is release any staff at any time,the company office staff wants single staff is handle it all work,he is not release last month payment and experience letter also.
