Its totally clutches of the administration they were not providing any proper salary to their employees.They were not treated employees in a good manner.Submitting false information to the labour department,If something against the management they were not allowing to work. Most of the employees worked long hours without any OT.Totally horrible culture.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
