There is nothing we like while working with Manish Ghia as they play dirty politics. The decisions of the company are not taken by the promoter.. Instead it's taken by an unprofessional HR appointed, who takes out personal grudges on the employees..

Dislikes

Honestly, I dislike everything ... But specifically the management says that they dont have money to pay to their employees who have given years to the organisation.. On resigning they hold the salary of the employees for above 6-8 months.. Highly unprofessional organisation. No growth.. No job security.. No compensation. No benefits. No overtime allowances. No work life balance etc etc...

Work Details

There is no work life balance in this organisation.. You work like anything and in return u get to hear that they don't have money to pay your hard efforts. No benefits nor any facilities.. No motivation at any point.. You will get demotivation everytime.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
