Well they get some good works from both corporate and named agencies. The workplace is well maintained and gives a peaceful vibe. As for the covid response. It was the worst. It made me question about thier response for further emergencies. They immediately reduced the pay to 25 - 50% for all employees as soon as they announced lockdown with no warning before hand and said it will continue until further notice. I received 10k rupees for 6 months and I would continued to have if I didn't get on a call with them. They were just unwilling to take any risk and losses at all. Dislikes

Management is shit. They only care about work and will do anything to get it done, even if you have to work day and night continuously, even on Sundays. I partially avoided such fate but my co-workers didn't. They were worked till 1 am to 3 am and still expected to arrive next day on time. They rarely give credit and recognition foryour hardwork and no bonuses. It's basically a black agency. Work Details

I was offered a questionable pay hike but accommodation at first but then asked to pay rent. There were a good number of works from named companies and agencies, aside from terrible deadlines. There was no team outing and leisure activities besides work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
