I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Job is very nice struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt at that time then I get opportunity to prove myself now I can do independent work upto amount 5 cr. I got very well knowledge about construction.
