Very nice construction company very good environment & culture all team members are very supportive policies of company are very good atmosphere in company working is nice salary is getting on time to time no delay in salary salary getting fixed on date 7

Not getting increment time to time as per told during interview no incentive for any changllenging project work

Job is very nice struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt at that time then I get opportunity to prove myself now I can do independent work upto amount 5 cr. I got very well knowledge about construction.

They cut my salary, aswell they do favour only the people who shows good face only on face, While they dont care for the people who works hard

They do not accept the talented people here, they want only the people who will work as per their thinking, they dont feed the knowledge niether they appreciate, you just have to be follower
