Their is Not any single reason to like.

Dislikes

Everything, this is not company first of all this is a contractor. Their is no HR, no admin no just the MD relatives are running this bad company and act like hitler. Their is no leave, no work no pay is the system, they all are from kerala and don't believe in hindu festivels. We have worked on holi and Diwali also. Staff accommodation and workers accommodation is same mess is same and feels like we were daily wages workers there. The worst phase of my carrier....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
