Mahi Buildhome pvt ltd has been an amazing company to work with. Unlike other companies salary is on time and they help in each aspect to help me grow.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bit tough with this organisation because we don't get much leave but in construction generally no companies give leave.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I like about the job security here but we are working with very short staff.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow and working on short staff leads to alot of pressure. As this company is in construction business they have have very few labour and mason that makes alot difficult to work here.

Just i like in this company is that they give accommodation like fooding and lodging, company is disgusting, no management no security,no time to time payment etc

Dislikes

They only give 2 days of holiday in whole a month.
