I am working with this organization from close to last 5 years but still i have not found anything growing opportunity in this organization. It was nice working experience with first 3 years but when management changes everything gets changed.

Dislikes

After HR and management team changed there is no job security but still i want to complete my 5yrs tenure here so running from one project to another project. but company can change the behavioral pattern but can not change the decided things of employee. But if i will get nice opportunity then i will leave immediately.

Work Details

First 3 years it was nice working experience with MOL but later it is turned in to horrible.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
