The company CEO is not a stable person. He has mood swings every hour which makes sure that the front person lives is turning out to become hell.

Dislikes

Micromanagement is at its peak. He will call you at midnight also and ask you questions which are not relevant to us or our work. And if you are not able to answer them he will make will start abusing you.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
