Mpspl is medium scale company there are 5 deptt heads in which I was.I have 5 subordinate we were working in very frank manner.Our director owner of the company was our boss we always in touch and reporting to him.He was a very gentle person we feel very job security after reporting to him.He never ask anybody to suspend and he also tell us 10 times if anything not understood Machhar pack is totally depend on Videocon and as Videocon is getting closed.The reason to leave the mpspl is only the business of Videocon over. As medium scale company all the things we done practically so we handle each and everything and also a sign all the things so it will very helpful in growth. As a private ltd company all the things were as per directors hand so he decide the salary and appraisals. Yearly 3k to 4k was the increment.this is for hod.work environment was so good I was done 10 years of service in very peaceful atmosphere.innovative in the sense in customs and excise we had daily new things...Read More
