"While the people at Maa Chintpurni were terrific to work with,I felt that the opportunity for me there were limited by structure and size of the company.I believe that the large company with an international presence can offer challenges as well as opportunities."

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire HVAC VRV/VRF project.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
