Everything down right to basics is an absolute tragedy here. I will not make it sound like a review from a frustrated employee who was kicked out, rather point out the realistic and logical points. - They do not have HR department. All the Tax related concerns are handled by the CEO(Resha) - They have some odd employees who have stayed from a while but they are currently having issues with retention. A lot of the employees have left Lynx. - The process training is a joke and it is taken by the Indian manager(Sagar) who somehow makes it the most uninterested hours of your life. The CEO is aware of the training challenges and nothing has changed in last 4-5 years. They are not able to get a decent trainer. After coming through in production, they would expect you to learn on job. - The management is more inclined towards increasing head count of the features they can give to the customers rather than polishing their existing features. - Most of their work depends upon a lot of 3rd party devices and services. One of the other thing is always making it hard for employees to provide ideal support. - Let's talk about Salary and Bonus. LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT IT. There is none. Agreeing to heavy bonus instead of getting a percentage increase in Salary at the time of negotiation will haunt you for the rest of your days. - It is a nightmare for Indian team. - Company will not pay for the maintenance of the devices.
