LTIMindtee hybrid system was nicely implemented. Seat allocation , infrastructure related to laptops , system hardware supports are nice...Training and learning are according to the market... Kids day was very nice. Enjoyed spending time with kids...

LTIMindtree doesn't have any sytem to punish people who create toxic work culture.,.. There should be some sytem like whistle blower BOX in the company to expose those people to management/leadership ..Medical leaves policy is waste in hybrid model... one day free will should be given to associate to get healed from medical or psycological issues.... Womens menstral should be taken care in work assigment..better to give WFH or other ways to handle them.... Generally its better to give simple work during those period... short term projects are running in adhoc model where less tracking of work given to resource is happening... It should be avoided....Read More

Good Organization and here work environment is ok. And depend on requirement you will get opportunity, otherwise wait for opportunity whenever its available, If our luck is good then I will get opportunity within a time line otherwise you can be outside as per policy.

Certain internal processes related to HR and Talent Management Project teams that I am across, works with lot of insecurities, fear, less maturity. Project teams that I am across mostly work as order takers, no real innovation, no automation, primitive ways of work style.

The work life balance is something that is well maintained working in this company. LTIMIndtree does look for ways to innovate and transform by taking cognizance of the latest technology and incorporating it into the ongoing projects. Push for AI has been positive.

The assessment based promotion system is a downgrade is what I feel. I have come across some employees who has said the questions provided, seems to be irrelevant to the skill being assessed.

Very good work life balance especially for women. WFH options are appreciable. Getting new projects immediately after the previous project ends.

Sick leave policy is worst ever policy i have come across as they have minimum 3 days sick leave policy. Means anyone has to be sick for minimum 3 days, if you get sick for 1 day then you can not use your sick leaves, mean how useless and ridicules policy is this. People can get sick for 1 day also but according to this policy you can not use your sick leave for 1 day. They need to change this sick policy. either they should remove all checks for approval as it is sick leave what is a problem of giving them to employee or they should add all sick leave for that year to casual leaves so that employee can take them....Read More
