A lot of people have been sold based on their job advert, don’t be fooled, all the lads who started with myself have now left but one. They take Christmas holidays from your holiday allowance. Its not £30k per year as they work on a pay in 4 week and 5 week basis so it works out less, that’s a con to fool you. The amount of health and safety is absolutely ridiculous. Expect to be scrutinised to the hilt as they are always looking to point the finger away from themselves when things go wrong. Back office team are horribly rude and unhelpful. Had one girl publicly tell me to shut up and wait in the group chat, never dealt with anything so bad. Just do yourself a favour and stay away. Oh and Simon in the training centre is a bully, not sure if he is still there but he picks on new starters and calls it ‘banter’, saying inappropriate things, very uncomfortable experience with him. The Management and company culture is really great. I enjoyed working with the team and the company.

Dislikes

Everything was perfect, management takes care of every individual employee. If any employee has any problem, the management will look into it and try to solve / give solution right there and then.

Work Details

I started as a meter operator, but after work evaluation, the company promoted me to a senior operator with a team of 15-meter operators.
