Dislikes

There is a small problem for training for freshers seniors like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.

This brand has potential for growth. Right now they are tapping the untapped markets. But can do good in future by launching bit more stylish merchandise, keeping the target people in mind.

Dislikes

Growth is stable. Work pressure from last month has increased. Sometimes I have to work for 24-25 hours straight. Manager doesn’t value an individuals’ unique strengths and efforts. There is no team coordination.
