Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This brand has potential for growth. Right now they are tapping the untapped markets. But can do good in future by launching bit more stylish merchandise, keeping the target people in mind.

Growth is stable. Work pressure from last month has increased. Sometimes I have to work for 24-25 hours straight. Manager doesn’t value an individuals’ unique strengths and efforts. There is no team coordination.
