Despite being a fresher in this company, my seniors were kind & supported me by teaching me the work like a layman. I was provided with SOPs, Operation Manual & Call Pitch to handle customers accordingly. I'm liking to learn new things from an organization full of young blood and creative ideas.

Attending calls all day long becomes too hard for my mouth & ear. Sometimes I have to entertain as well as take abuse from unreasonable customers & ex-employees over chat & call if they are dissatisfied with the solution provided by the support team which spoils my day.

It is a fake company, where i have been hired for sales manager role after doing 2 sales as a provision period, but after that company gave me an offer letter and then there was no support or any contact from any person from the company they are not picking up calls nor they are replying after 1 week of work. This company provides me opportunity to hire my own candidates as well as build my own team of HR who in turn provide support to Sales Team. Sales & HR Department work together as they are intertwined. I got the experience of both Sales & HR due to nature of my work.

Dislikes

I have to get used to and interact with new team member due to slightly high attrition rate. This is hectic process where I need to train & guide new team members on a repeated basis.
